Looking to hire: Deputy Manager (Legal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures in contracts
• Provide inputs and mark-ups to help mitigate those risks
• Negotiate contracts directly with vendors and customers
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to draft, structure, and finalize agreements, including Vendor Agreements, letters of intent, and commercial proposals
