In 2017, he was appointed as the District & Sessions Judge (Headquarters) at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, where he passionately advocated for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Courts. His significant contributions included computerizing District Courts and establishing India’s First Paperless E-Court at the District Court level.
Apart from his judicial responsibilities, Justice Singh has been a guest faculty at various judicial academies, universities, and law enforcement training institutions. He has also shared his expertise internationally, delivering lectures on ICT in Courts and Cyber Law. His contributions extend to his authorship and editing of books and articles on ICT, Cyber Law, Information Technology, and the evolving trends in the judiciary’s use of technology. He was elevated as a permanent Judge of the High Court of Delhi in May 2019, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious career.
