Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in drafting of license agreements, technology transfer agreements, franchise agreements, software license agreements, service agreements, software development agreements, non-disclosure agreements, assignment deeds and distributions agreements.
• Above average academic credentials.
• Fluent in English.
• Team worker, highly motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
