Experience : 2-3 years (Indirect Tax & Customs – Advisory & Litigation)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on Indirect Tax/ GST matters using relevant databases
- Stay updated with case laws, regulatory developments, and assess their impact on clients
- Draft high-quality opinions, petitions, and updates; strong command over English is essential
- Share updates on recent trends with the team
- Perform quick research to build robust theoretical understanding of applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience handling engagements in Indirect Tax Laws, including Tax Restructuring, Advisory & Consulting, appeals/writ petitions related to Service Tax, VAT, Excise, Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Law & GST.
- Expertise in litigation-related drafting – opinions, replies to show cause notices, appeals, writs, SLPs, and briefing counsel.
