Key Responsibilities:
- Scrutiny and due diligence of property/title chain documents
- Drafting and review of legal/title reports
- Vetting original property papers
- Preparing and analyzing Title Search Reports (TSR)
Requirement:
- Should be well-versed in MS Office.
- A confident speaker and good personality skills shall be preferred.
Note: Appointments are subject to an interview. Candidates only from Kolkata, West Bengal, shall be preferred.
