Key Responsibility
- Handle matters relations to 138 NI Act, Commercial Suits, Recovery Suits, Writs, Operation and Mismanagement, Company Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law etc.
- Conduct legal research on various issues relating to ongoing cases, including statutory interpretation, case law, and procedural rules.
- Assist, draft and review of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents such as plaints, writs, appeals complaints, applications etc. Help develop strategies for pre-trial, trial, and post-trial procedures.
- Draft and review contracts, settlement agreements, pleadings, and applications to ensure clarity, compliance, and legal accuracy.
- Communicate with clients to gather facts, provide case updates, make case briefs and discuss legal strategies. Maintain strong client relationships and provide support to the team.
- Assist in hearings, arbitrations, and trials, and, when appropriate, represent matters before District Courts, Tribunal, High Court & Supreme Court.
- Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes such as arbitration, mediation, conciliation ensuring that client interests are effectively represented.
- Work closely with seniors and other team members to develop legal strategies and prepare for matters.
- Manage case files, sheets, deadlines, and schedules. Organize and maintain case documentation and ensure compliance with court procedures.
- Strategize and Provide legal advice to clients under the supervision of seniors.
- Stay updated on developments in litigation and dispute resolution practice areas.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Law From a recognized university.
Skills:
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
- Proficient in legal drafting and document review.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Salary: As per industrial norms
