Looking to hire: Senior Associate or Principal Associate
Team: Transactional and corporate advisory work.
PQE:
- 5 to 8 years post-qualification experience at a reputed law firm or in-house legal team,
- a strong background in corporate law, M&A, PE/VC, and general commercial advisory.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and joint ventures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Conduct and supervise legal due diligence.
- Advise clients on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and structuring strategies.
- Collaborate directly with clients, funds, founders, and counterparties.
- Contribute to training, internal knowledge development, and thought leadership initiatives.
