Looking to hire: 2 Motivated and versatile Associate. Only Candidates who are from Ahmedabad or residing in Ahmedabad are eligible to apply.
Compensation: Competitive remuneration package for the desirable candidate (after probation).
Requirements:
- LLB from a recognised university.
- 1-2 years of PQE in a chamber or boutique law firm.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills (MUST). Fluency in Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license and the ability to commute in the city independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the firm’s dispute practice, including preparing case notes, written submissions, and case files for hearings;
- Conducting in-depth legal research on legal points in ongoing assignments and emerging legal trends;
- Create high-value legal content regularly, including articles, blogs, and reports;
- Coordinate with clients and other associates for effective case management;
- Assist in documentation, filing and managing general administration and routine office tasks independently.
