Key Requirements:
- Experience or knowledge of the mortgage industry along with strong knowledge of SARFAESI ACT.
- Drafting and vetting of 13(2) and 13(4) Notices and Publication.
- Willingness to collaborate with the collection team.
- This is a litigation based profile. Shall have knowledge of Consumer Act, Negotiable Instruments Act and Criminal Litigation
