Looking to hire: In multiple roles for the US Trademark Practice Team
Mode: Remote for the first 3 months, then office-based in
- One Trademark Attorney (Experienced) – Mohali, Punjab
- Two Freshers / Trainees
- Two Legal Interns (Minimum 3 months duration)
PQE:
Trademark Attorney (Experienced)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling trademark filings.
- Prior experience with US Trademark applications preferred.
- Strong understanding of trademark processes & client handling
Trainee
- Law graduates with a strong interest in US Trademark practice
- No prior experience required — full training will be provided
- Excellent opportunity to build a career in cross-border IP practice
Intern
- Law students or fresh graduates
- Interest in Intellectual Property, US Trademark practice preferred
- Stipend: Will be paid as a lump sum after successful completion of the internship only
