Job Summary:
Ambani and Associates LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advocate specializing in Drafting & Legal Contracting. This role is ideal for fresh law graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience in legal drafting, contract management, and compliance. The candidate will work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure legal accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards in accounting and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to accounting and financial services.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, notices, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the accounting sector.
- Handle correspondence with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Support dispute resolution and legal advisory functions within the firm.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Educational Qualification: LLB from a recognized university; Bar Council registration is preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and financial regulations.
- Excellent drafting, legal writing, and research skills.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
