Team: Commercial Contracts & Regulatory Advisory
PQE: Fresher (Law Graduate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Legal Drafting & Advisory
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Consultancy & Retainership Agreements, Licensing & IP Assignment Agreements, Franchise & Distribution Agreements, Technology Licensing & SaaS Agreements etc.
- Regulatory & Policy Advisory/ Opinion
- Advising on compliance with key statutory frameworks such as Indian Contract Act, Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, Information Technology Act, 2000, Applicable labour and employment laws, Sector-specific legal and regulatory requirements
