Requirements:

  1. 4 years of experience on Finance Regulatory Practice with law firms, regulators or legal practitioners.
  2. Strong expertise in financial regulatory advisory, investment funds and corporate advisory.
  3. In-depth knowledge of SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, PFRADA norms.
  4. Proficient in drafting, pleadings and transactional documentation.
  5. Experience with AIFs, mutual funds and cross border fund structures is a plus.
  6. Ability to independently manage complex mandates and mentor juniors
  7. Excellent legal research, analytical and communication skills.
  8. Prior engagement with regulators and governance matters is preffered.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
