Education: LLB (3 years or 5 years)/ LLM
Job Profile-:
- Prior experience in commercial litigation, and knowledge of IPR.
- Drafting of suit plaint, written statement, interim applications, written submissions, etc.;
- Prior experience in appearing before various courts in Delhi;
- Open to travel to south Delhi and all district courts and Delhi high courts
- Coordination, communication and planning across attorney teams who are handling multiple client matters.
