Looking to hire: Legal Professional
Team: M&A, private equity, venture capital, and corporate commercial transactions.
PQE: 3-5 years
You’ll be instrumental in:
- Conducting and supporting legal and compliance due diligence for various transactions;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment contracts, and a wide range of commercial contracts; and
- Providing strategic corporate advisory on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling transactional work; and
- Prior work experience in a law firm is mandatory.
