Looking to hire: Advocate to work in DRT Matters in their office at 206A, Sector 132, Logix Technova, Noida
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of dedicated practice in DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) matters.
- Must have assisted in a substantial number of DRT/SARFAESI cases.
- Should have filed Vakalatnama in at least 10+ DRT cases.
- Must be well-versed in drafting, filing procedures (physical and e-filing), and appearing before DRTs.
- Strong command over SARFAESI Act, RDDBFI Act, and related financial recovery laws.
- Willingness to travel across North India (Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, etc.) is mandatory.
- Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience and performance).
