Team: Litigation Team
PQE: 6-8 years of experience
Requirement:
- Oversee end-to-end case management, including drafting pleadings and legal documents, filing before judicial and quasi-judicial forums, and managing procedural compliance.
- Represent clients before a wide range of bodies including High Courts, District Courts, DRT, NCLT, Labour Courts, and specialized tribunals.
- Handle a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including civil and commercial litigation, IBC proceedings, banking disputes, labour law issues, recovery actions, and white-collar crime cases.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory developments to support legal arguments and strategies.
- Monitor case progress meticulously, ensuring alignment with court timelines, procedural requirements, and documentation standards.
