Specific Practice Areas: Consumer, Arbitration, Civil/ Commercial, Corporate Advisory & Opinions, Research and coordination with Local Counsels
Salary: Remuneration shall remain negotiable and commensurate with the qualifications, experience, and overall suitability of the selected candidate.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Practice [COP]
- Good drafting skills and a sound understanding of procedural laws.
- Go-getter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and ownership.
- Excellent communication (oral & written), interpersonal skills, and punctuality.
- Court craft, presentation skills, and familiarity with legal research platforms (SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon, etc.,)
- Must be willing to learn and capable of handling matters independently over time.
