Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in contract management and general corporate advisory.
- The ideal candidate possess strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as working knowledge of fintech laws and Digital Lending Guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts (e.g., TSP/LSP agreements, credit facilities, partnerships, investments).
- Advise on compliance with financial and data protection regulations.
- Provide corporate legal advisory with a focus on fintech and lending.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and product teams.
