Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is Hiring for an Associate/Senior Associate/Managing Associate in the Transactional IP and Technology Law Practice for Mumbai Location.
Job Description:
- Associate/Senior Associate/Managing Associate in the transactional IP and technology law team.
- Work as part of a team on interesting IP focused transactions and technology law issues.
- Drafting and negotiating different types of license agreements, technology transfer agreements, business transfer agreements, franchise agreements, software license agreements, service agreements, software development agreements, non-disclosure agreements, assignment deeds, distributions agreements and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.
- Advising on IP aspects of M&A transactions, contract law, cyber laws, privacy and data protection laws, telecom laws, advertising laws, information technology laws etc.
- Travel across India and outside India as and when required.

Ideal Candidate:
- LLB (3 year or 5 year) with 3+ years of experience in the transactional IP and technology law team or general corporate team of a law firm.
- Experience in legal research, drafting of opinions and advising on issues relating to contract law, IP aspects of M&A transactions, cyber laws, privacy and data protection laws, telecom laws, advertising laws, information technology laws.
- Experience in drafting of license agreements, technology transfer agreements, franchise agreements, software license agreements, service agreements, software development agreements, non-disclosure agreements, assignment deeds and distributions agreements.
- Above average academic credentials.
- Fluent in English.
- Team worker, highly motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
