Looking to hire: Associate in IBC/Commercial Litigation
PQE: 3-5 years
Candidates with the following experience will be considered:
- Experience in handling matters pertaining to the IBC, 2016 & Companies Act, 2013.
- Candidates should be adept at drafting & filing applications, appeals, replies, rejoinders, written submissions before the NCLT & NCLAT.
- Candidates should have experience in appearing before the NCLT & NCLAT.
- Candidates should have experience in briefing senior advocates.
- Candidates should have proficiency in English – spoken and written.
- Candidates should have good communication skills.
- Candidates having experience in handling matters pertaining to Scheme of Arrangement under Companies Act, 2013 under NCLT and matters pertaining to RDB Act, 1993 and SARFAESI Act, 2013 before the DRT would be given preference.
