Samvad is recruiting lawyers for our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)/ Private Equity (PE) practice areas, at our Mumbai office.
Minimum Requirements:
-LLB (mandatory)
-PQE of 5+ years in corporate law
-Should have experience in handling due diligence, drafting, and negotiations for M&A and Private Equity work.
-Law firm work experience (mandatory).
Responsibilities:
-Handling due diligence, drafting, negotiations and closings for M&A (domestic and cross-border), Private Equity, Joint Venture, Business Transfer, Divestments, etc.
-Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
-Advising clients on general corporate matters.
