Looking to hire: Senior Associate
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience on Finance Regulatory Practice with law firms, regulators or legal practitioners.
- Strong expertise in financial regulatory advisory, investment funds and corporate advisory.
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, PFRADA norms.
- Proficient in drafting, pleadings and transactional documentation.
- Experience with AIFs, mutual funds and cross border fund structures is a plus.
- Ability to independently manage complex mandates and mentor juniors
- Excellent legal research, analytical and communication skills.
- Prior engagement with regulators and governance matters is preffered.
