Looking to hire: Legal Associate
Team: Construction Arbitration team
PQE: 1-2 years
The role will involve:
- Assisting in arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution relating to construction and infrastructure projects.
- Drafting pleadings, statements of claim, and other legal documents.
- Conducting research on arbitration law, construction contracts, and project-related disputes.
- Coordinating with senior lawyers, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the team in hearings, case management, and strategic advisory work.
Requirements:
- Law graduate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in arbitration, construction, or infrastructure disputes.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, project documentation, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Ability to work in a team, handle deadlines, and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
