They are looking for a young, dynamic, and motivated lawyer based in Delhi to join our office as an ASSOCIATE.

POSITION: Associate Advocate-IPR
LOCATION: West Delhi (nearest metro Ramesh Nagar/Rajouri Garden)
PQE: 1-2 Years
EDUCATION: LLB (3 years or 5 years)/ LLM
JOB PROFILE –
- Trademark Searches and Opinion.
- Managing and Maintaining IP Filing, renewals & Prosecution of Trademark Applications, and providing legal opinion on Trademark matters.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating client trademark portfolio
- Ability to handle client queries on IP Practices in India and draft legal opinions.
- Ability to prepare Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement/Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices, and Rejoinders.
- Attend show cause hearings at the Trademark Registry.
