Job Description
Associate
- Candidates shall be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing case files, while assisting in the development of case strategies.
- Candidates shall appear in court/ tribunals/commissions for preliminary hearings, and assist in court proceedings.
- Candidates shall engage in client consultations, provide case updates etc.
Senior Associate
- We are seeking a Senior associate with strong expertise in drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, writs, complaints, and other documents for various courts and tribunals.
- The candidate will represent clients independently and alongside senior members, prepare case notes, written arguments, and manage briefs.
- Responsibilities include briefing senior counsel, conducting legal research, and overseeing junior associates.
- Preference will be given to candidates with litigation experience in Delhi.
Remuneration: Commensurate with their experience and skill set.
