Job Description:
- The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in providing legal opinion
- Conducting title investigation & Search reports for banks and Non – Banking financial institutions and verification in respect of properties
- Providing legal opinion and search reports for banks and NBFCs in respect of properties
- Advising private banks and providing legal opinion on corporate matters, consortium and commercial borrowings documentations
- Drafting and reviewing loan related agreements and conducting legal review of the executed loan documents deeds of Mortgage, deed of hypothecation, Memorandum deposit of title deeds, personal and corporate guarantees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of professional working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The applicant must be able to write and speak Tamil.
