C&S Partners is looking for an Advocate having a PQE of 3-5 years with prior experience in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. The current work split of the team is about 60% arbitration, 30% IBC and NCLT related litigation, 10% another commercial litigation and transactional/contractual advisory.
The Role of the Advocate would involve assisting the team and working on first drafts and research. Further, the position may also entail travel outside Delhi to attend court matters and arbitration proceedings. We expect the Applicant to have a good command over spoken and written English and a good understanding of the laws relating to Arbitration, Contract, IBC and other commercial laws.
It would be a high-pressure work environment and hence we seek dedicated individuals who would be able to deliver the work within deadlines.
