Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Trademark Associate at Chadha & Chadha. The Trademark Associate will be responsible for handling Trade Mark prosecution, opposition, cancellation matters, and other drafting work related to trade marks.
Additionally, the Associate will also be responsible for contributing to the knowledge base of the firm by writing and publishing articles, case notes, etc.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Good understanding of Intellectual Property laws
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Attention to detail and accuracy
