Looking to hire: Senior Associate or above.
Team: Capital Markets team.
PQE: Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal due diligence for IPOs, FPOs, and securities offerings
- Drafting, reviewing and finalization of offer documents, prospectuses, and related SEBI filings
- Advising on legal risks and ensuring compliance with SEBI norms
- Representing clients before SEBI, stock exchanges, and regulatory authorities
- Supporting end-to-end execution of capital market transactions.
Requirements:
- LL.B. from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets
- Experience representing issuers and BRLMs in main board IPOs
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, including ICDR, Takeover Code, and Insider Trading laws
