POSITION: TRADEMARK PARALEGAL
JOINING: IMMEDIATE
BLUE INKK (Advocates & IPR Attorney) are looking for a Trademark Paralegal with a prior experience of 1 year.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing and filing electronic Trademark Applications, Affidavits, Trademark Assignments, renewal etc.,
- Preparing Trademark objection Replies
- Maintaining Diaries for due dates, performing trademark search, and trademark watch for opposition matter, trademark portfolio management,
- Performs searches of the trademark journal and Trademark Database
- Support attorney to prepare documents pertinent to oppositions, cancellations and litigation.
- Preparing and sending email to clients and govt. department.
SKILLS: Good analytical skills with pro-active and organized working style, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to work as part of team.
Location: Noida Sector 3, Near Noida sector 16 Metro Station.
CTC: As per industrial practice and negotiable for the deserving candidate
