Role Description
This is a full time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Associate/ Senior Associate position. The role will include drafting, researching, attending court hearings, maintaining case notes and documentation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised university;
- Admission to Bar Council of India;
- 2-5 years post qualification experience;
- Experience in bankruptcy and insolvency, real estate would be preferred;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Litigation experience will be preferred;
- Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills
