PQE: 2-3 years
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in advising on Fintech regulations, including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and related frameworks;
- Experience in Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements in relation to partnerships with fintechs and regulated entities;
- Exposure to debt capital markets or broader debt practice work;
- A background in Banking & finance/fintech is preferred
