Work Experience with Law Firm: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience with law firm(s) based in Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata.
Description: Looking for lawyers who have focussed experience on employment law advisory work, employment documentation, handling employment due diligence and employment issues in corporate transactions and undertaking HR audits and POSH/ white-collar investigations.
