Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of progressive work experience as a paralegal at a law firm or in-house dealing in Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs.
• Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and legal research databases.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience in invoicing/billing.
• Knowledge of trademark procedures and compliance requirements.
