Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Prepare course reading materials and update content as required.
    2. Research potential speakers from Tier-1 and Tier-2 law firms.
    3. Conduct legal research on blogs, articles, and relevant materials.
    4. Create and manage course schedules, including dates and timings.
    5. Update session schedules and communicate any changes to your seniors.
    6. Session Moderation on Weekends.
    7. Any other tasks as given by the team.

  2. Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  3. Should have knowledge of various law firms, hierarchy of lawyers, etc. 
  4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines independently

🎯 What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

  • Speak to incoming leads (lawyers, students, working professionals) and explain the value of our courses

  • Understand learner goals and recommend the right BR program

  • Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

  • Maintain lead status and daily KPIs on CRM/WATI

  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets

  • Be part of strategy discussions with the founder to improve conversions

  • Share learner feedback with the marketing and product teams

  • 1–2 years of experience in EdTech / counselling or law practice 

  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
