Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trademark Attorney at anovIP located in Noida/Sector 90 and Green Park/New Delhi. The Trademark Attorney will assist client to manage and enforce trademark rights, including trademark clearance, prosecution and opposition proceedings, attending hearings, registration, and cancellations. Additionally, the Attorney will advise clients on legal strategies related to trademark rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trademarks & Copyrights
• Strong knowledge of Trademark Law
• Experience in securing and enforcing trademark rights, including trademark clearance, registration, opposition proceedings, and cancellations
• Ability to advise clients on legal strategies related to trademark rights
• Strong understanding of Domain Names and their impact on intellectual property rights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university
• Master’s degree in Law or related field is a plus
