Looking to hire: Intern

Team: Corporate Law.

Duration: 1 to 3 months.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with our corporate law and transactions team on live client matters and deals.
  • Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and assist in due diligence exercises.
  • Participate in internal case discussions and strategy meetings.
  • Contribute to knowledge initiatives and legal updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Graduate from a reputed law school.
  2. Must have prior internship experience in Corporate Law (preferably at law firms).
  3. Strong research, drafting and English speaking skills.
  4. Keen interest in corporate, commercial, and transactional legal work.
  5. Preferred (not mandatory): CS or LLM qualifications.
