We are expanding rapidly and are looking for high-energy, performance-driven Counsellors who want to grow fast and work directly with the founder & heads.
🎯 What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Speak to incoming leads (lawyers, students, working professionals) and explain the value of our courses

Understand learner goals and recommend the right BR program

Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Maintain lead status and daily KPIs on CRM/WATI

Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Be part of strategy discussions with the founder to improve conversions

Share learner feedback with the marketing and product teams
🔎 Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate)

1–2 years of experience in EdTech / counselling or law practice
-
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven

Ability to handle objections and build trust with professionals

Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, CRM, and fast-paced workflows

Someone who thrives under pressure and is motivated by incentives
