Varsha is a graduate of the School of Law, UPES Dehradun with specialisation in Insolvency Laws and has secured a 5-year merit-based scholarship. Varsha was also awarded the “Star Alumni Award” amongst all the batches from 2016-2020 by her law school.
Before launching BR, Varsha worked as an Associate with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. in their Insolvency and Bankruptcy Team for a period of one and half years. After which, with sheer diligence and confidence she dedicated her early career life to contribute to the start-up ecosystem and founded Bettering Results (BR) in 2021.
In no time, she has also been recognized as one of the Top 10 E-Learning Leaders of 2022 by CEO Insights Magazine.
Having started her journey as a girl in a small remote village in MP with limited resources and exposure, she has come a long way. Varsha carries a vision to transform the existing legal education system and bring a difference to each learner’s lives by providing access to a great education and career opportunities.
Apart from this, Varsha is fond of traveling and reading.

Mr. Ravjot Singh is an MBA graduate from Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
He has previously worked with American Express and ICICI Bank Ltd. and has deep knowledge of business development. He has received many awards during his experiences with these organizations.
As the Co-Founder of Bettering Results (BR), he aims to bring the treasure of education which can be accessible to all and fulfil the need of learners.
REEMA GAUTAM

Reema is a Senior Associate at Bettering Results (BR).
Ms. Reema is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University and a subsequent graduate with a Bachelor of Law from SGT University. She has worked in the field of civil litigation prior to joining Bettering Results.
Before pursuing law, she has also extensively prepared for the prestigious Civil Service Exam.
A unique blend of qualities defines her, right from a passive-aggressive determination to a subtle sense of persistence.
