Team: IPR Litigation
PQE: 0-3 years
About the Role: We’re hiring an Associate (0–3 years PQE) focused on Intellectual Property Rights, with exposure to counterfeit enforcement and digital infringement matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Draft and file plaints, written statements, injunctions, replies, and other pleadings in IP matters.
2) Assist in counterfeit enforcement actions: prepare search & seizure requests, brief Local Commissioners, coordinate with enforcement agencies.
3) Execute online brand protection: notice-and-takedown on e-commerce marketplaces, social media, and websites.
4) Conduct legal research and case-law analysis; prepare concise case notes and strategy briefs.
5) Handle day-to-day case follow-ups with clients, court staff, and registries; maintain structured case files and evidence sets.
6) Attend hearings, assist seniors/counsel, and support litigation strategy.
Eligibility & Skills
7) LL.B. from a recognized university; 0–3 years in IPR litigation preferred.
Demonstrated interest in trademarks/copyright and enforcement.
8) Solid drafting & research basics; detail-oriented and organized.
9) Clear communication; team player.
10) Mandatory on-site presence at office.
