Looking to hire: Associate
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate located in Noida. The Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day legal activities, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice and support to clients, representing clients in court proceedings, and conducting legal research.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, legal research, and providing legal advice
- Experience with court proceedings, client representation, and case management.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Advisory & Corporate Transaction Advisory.
- Knowledge of White Collar Crime Advisory & Negotiable Instruments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in dealing with clients from diverse industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from recognized university is required.
