Looking to hire: Legal Associate
PQE: 0 to 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, and other commercial contracts
- Supporting clients on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and fundraising mandates
- Advising on corporate, securities, and tax laws
- Engaging on capital markets and private investment matters
- Assisting on UAE corporate and financial laws
- Handling legal work for retainer clients, including compliance, governance, and ongoing advisory
- Research, article writing, and regulatory tracking
Requirements:
- Law graduates (LL.B.) with 0–2 years of experience in corporate laws and commercial laws
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Prior exposure to corporate advisory, M&A, or securities law (through internships or prior roles)
- A Company Secretary qualification (or progress towards it) would be an advantage
