PQE: 3-5 Years
Location: New Delhi
Desired Skill Set:
- Proficiency in reading and understanding of revenue records.
- Experience in conducting due diligence for land across PAN INDIA for various PSU’s / financial institutions and banks
- Should have work experience for the renewable sector, real estate and power sector.
- Review and examination of land records and documents and thorough understanding of land laws.
- Independent client dealing and coordination with all stake holders involved in the transaction.
- Drafting and finalization of opinions on land related matters.
- Strong understanding and ability to advice the parties on mortgage related aspects.Prior law firm experience is preferred.
