- The Junior Associate position requires 0-1 years of experience, while the Senior Associate position requires 2-3 years of experience.
- Both positions involve working on a broad range of areas, including company law, foreign exchange regulations, SEBI Regulations, secretarial standards and governance, statutory compliances, corporate and commercial laws, and contract management.
- Competency requirements include reliability, dependability, effective communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening), and the ability to deal with ambiguity. The candidates should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to change.
- The work schedule is 6 days a week with a positive corporate culture.
- The salary will be based on the candidate’s competence.
- Job responsibilities for both positions include reviewing and drafting banking documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, conducting legal research, collaborating with clients and internal teams, negotiating terms, and staying updated on relevant legal matters.
