– Good analytical skills with ability to research on legal databases.
– Knowledge of case laws with relevant legal framework, good understanding of regulatory updates and a basic understanding of its impact on the assigned clients.
– Good command of English and have drafting skills (most critical).
– Ability to create and disseminate updates on latest trends to the team.
Ability to do quick research to develop theoretical understanding of the laws and acts.

– The incumbent will handle engagements and provide advisory to clients related to GST, Customs, FTP, FEMA, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Pollution Control / Environmental laws, Consumer Protection laws, State Excise, SEZ, Income tax.
– Assignments will also include litigation-related services: drafting replies, appeals, briefing counsels, and senior counsels.
