Internship Opportunity: Team Counsel
Responsibilities: This is a full-time, remote role at Team Counsel. The Legal Intern will be required to assist various teams with legal research, due diligence review, contract drafting, preparing research articles, monitoring regulatory updates, and on other ad-hoc matters as requested by the team.
The Legal Intern will work with various internal teams and gain hands-on experience working on general corporate, employment, data privacy, and IP matters as well as on VC and M&A transactions.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing 2nd or 3 rd year of law degree from an accredited law school in India;
- Prior experience or familiarity with corporate, employment, data privacy, and IPR laws;
- Prior internship experience with reputed tier-1 law firms in India;
- Competent with legal research and documentation;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and multi-task; and
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
