Job Title: Trademark (Senior Associate)
Location: Green Park (South Delhi) [Full-time Work-from-office]
Job Responsibilities:
- Handing Trademark portfolio of Indian / foreign clients
- Handling opposition and prosecution of trademark
- Drafting and filing Notice of Oppositions/ Counter-Statements
- Keeping watch for conflicting marks
- Attending hearings at Trade Mark Registry
- Drafting replies to ERs of Trade Mark Applications
- Well-versed with the client-communication process
- Preparing and filing Review Petition; Opposition, Counter-Statement, Rectification and Evidence
- Checking and evaluating all the procedural details of trade mark registration
- Dealing with general inquiries related to trade mark protection
Education: LLB / LLM
Experience: 3-7 years
