Role Description
Associate and Senior-Associate
The Associate and Senior Associate will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting, and filing of legal documents, conducting due diligence, court appearances, preparing case files, and assisting in client interaction. We will offer the widest possible exposure, wherein, you can grow, develop and prosper as a commercially astute legal professional. This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi.
Strategic Partnerships Manager:
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of knowledge of the commercial sector business challenges
- Develop and support team activity for client facing events
- You will be integral to the development of client acquisition strategy.
- Develop opportunity pipeline against RR Legal Partner’s core portfolio within the litigation and commercial sector to support performance.
- Consistently work with the team or on their own initiative to secure net new clients
- Maintain Business Plan in support of territory development
- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of RR Legal Partner’s core service propositions
- Build and maintain relationships with key strategic vendors
- Lead campaign management in to net new clients
Qualifications
Associate and Senior-Associate
- Strong knowledge of Indian civil, real estate, commercial laws, and legal procedures
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience (or confidence) in handling legal cases related to Civil Laws, Corporate Law, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Real Estate, and Economic offences (White Collar Crimes)
- Most importantly, passion for litigation and motivation to deliver exceptional client results.
- Senior Associate (2-4 PQE) and Associate (0-2 PQE) in a law firm or Legal department in litigation/corporate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a BCI-recognized institution
- A master’s degree in the relevant field of law will be considered favorably (however, not necessary).
Strategic Partnerships Manager:
- Previous experience in a similar business development or legal field.
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
- Knowledge of the legal industry and market trends
