Job opening alert at Siddiquee and Associates
Siddiquee and Associates are looking for Advocates to join our team in Mumbai (Andheri) and Mumbai (Fort) offices.
Criteria and PQE: Before applying, please read the post carefully and ensure that all the below criteria are fulfilled.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Civil and Criminal Courts, including appearances in High Court.
- Very good command of the English Language with the ability to independently draft all sorts of litigation and non-litigation documents. The said documents would include drafting of commercial suits, petitions, injunction petitions, written notes of arguments, affidavits, replies, etc. Also on the criminal side, they should have the ability to draft criminal applications, criminal complaints, bail applications, police complaints, and all other documents being notices, agreements, M.O.U, etc. which would fall under the realm of both civil and criminal laws.
- Junior Advocates should have the ability and confidence to single-handedly lead all matters, with just a little guidance from me.
